Where can you find us?

The Arenberg building is situated in the heart of Brussels:

  • at Arenbergstraat
  • between Sint-Hubertusgalerij, Beenhouwersstraat and Bergstraat
  • within walking distance from the Grote Markt (Grand Place).


Opening hours

  • the Arenberg building is open on weekdays from 8 am to 7 pm
  • between 5 and 7 pm reception is staffed by a security guard.
  • after 7 pm you can only leave the building by the emergency exit.


Visitors

Visitors must report to the reception desk on the ground floor. Reception will notify the relevant staff member to collect the visitor concerned. Visitors are generally not allowed to enter the building unaccompanied.


Accessibility


By public transport

The Arenberg building is situated within walking distance from Central Station. More information about train timetables is available on the website of the Belgian public railway company NMBS-SNCB. You can also take metro line 1 Wetstation – Stokkel or metro line 5 Erasmus – Hermann-Debroux to reach Central Station. For more information, visit the website of the Brussels Intercommunal Transport Company STIB-MIVB. Several bus stops are also located near Central Station. Disabled entrance 

The disabled entrance is located at Arenbergstraat no. 5 (gate at the front of the building). Report to reception by ringing the bell at the gate. The reception staff will let you in and further accompany you. If you notify in advance that you will be arriving by car, you can use the designated parking space at the building.
